The stylish living room area has comfortable seating with stunning views of the Heegermeer, the garden can be accessed via 2 large sliding doors which extends the living room into the garden. This beautiful open plan area is perfect for family or group vacations and company meetings. Upstairs, three bedrooms have comfortable double box spring beds. One bedroom has 2 bunkbeds. The 2nd floor spacious bedroom has stunning 180* views of Heeg Village, waterways and the Heegermeer.

Our large waterfront garden is South East facing; here you can enjoy sun all day long, and sip a drink in the evening enjoying the sun set. The garden consists of art grass, a large terras, a dock which can moor 2 boats and a slipway. The terras contains an outdoor dining area, 3 large lounge sofas with tables and a BBQ. There is a private 2 car driveway at the front of the villa with plenty of additional free parking adjacent.
